Where's Charlotte's Web?

A scheduling impossibility.

The last scheduled program in the January 1989 guide is Private Investigations at 5:10 AM, (technically, February 1st) which has a runtime of one hour, thirty-one minutes. The first thing listed on the schedule for February 1989 is Charlotte's Web at 6 AM. This can't be true, as Private Investigations would only be 50 minutes into its runtime.

The N.Y. Times has The Berenstain Bears' Comic Valentine starting at 7 am, which makes sense, so that's what I'm listing here. My goal is to archive what actually aired on HBO, not necessarily what's printed in the guide.
